If you ever attempt to search for an “IPL Device,” the Ads generated by Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal will run into your face on every social media outlet, that’s how Kenzzi has prepared its marketing campaign for its IPL Multi-Function Handset.
In this review, we dive deeper into the Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal device, checking if the rumors on it are true, what rumors? Let’s check it out.
What is Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal?
Kenzzi is an IPL Hair Removal Device, that claim on their official website to provide noticeable results in 3-4 weeks only, when carrying out weekly sessions.
If Kenzzi really provides results in such short time, it’s going to be one of the greatest devices, but does it really provide that? Move on.
Skin Tone & Hair color
First of all, check if the Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal suits your skin tone and Hair Color, and this is the official chart published by the company itself:
Features
Company Promises
The Kenzzi IPL Multi Function Handset, promises to deliver results in 3-4 weeks only, which is a relatively short number of sessions or weeks, compared to the supreme IPL devices.
However, a handful of reports, customer reviews, Reddit posts, claimed the device doesn’t provide anything near those company promised results, which raises a lot of questions.
Acne treatment & Skin Rejuvenation
As Kenzzi was updating its IPL Hair Removal Handset into the Multi Function Hair Removal Handset, it added two LENSES for Acne Treatment & Skin Rejuvenation.
However, if the main use of the device “Hair Removal” isn’t a viable option, and promised results are not fulfilled, is it really important to check for side-benefits?
Bad Reviews all over the place
As we conducted our research on the Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal device, we found a LOT, and we mean A LOT, of bad reviews on the product, here’s a small portion of them:
- “Item never received and they refused to refund me”
- “They’re blaming COVID for not shipping it”
- “When I use it for 15 mins it gets hot”
- “Used it for 8 weeks, at high level, but I see no difference”
- “My skin is damaged with white and red spots”
- “Device did not give results, broke after three weeks”
- “Not only it doesn’t remove the hair it causes skin erythema (redness) that in long term causes hyperpigmentation”
What made it scarier for us while reviewing the product, is the fact that the device is ranked 4.9/5 stars on the official website.
This dilemma required more research, which is true, the lots of bad review, or the official website’s review section?
Official website but not-so-official ratings?
Before diving deeper into the dilemma, we took another look at the Official website’s reviews.
We found strange reviews claiming the Kenzzi are “manipulators,” but rated their review 5/5.
Raneem from Saudi Arabia, rated her experience 5/5, despite writing this review: “I ordered two months ago almost three months and still didn’t receive my order three months and they never ship it and no one responded to my emails 7days ago They are MANIPULATORS.”
We also found reviews with blank or random letters written inside the 5/5 review, which indicates the manipulation of those reviews on the official website.
Shipping Scam?
Diving deeper in our research of the Kenzzi, searching whether it’s fake or not, we found another strange incident, where a redditor claimed the Kenzzi is scamming people, in their shipping routines.
We don’t want to use this redditor’s word as he’s 100% right, but you can check it for yourself and see if his story adds up.
Moreover, he also pointed out to the point we made earlier, where the official website’s reviews aren’t true at all, which is a thing we found via deeper investigation of the generated reviews.
Pros & cons
Pros:
- No complicated instructions for its use
- Simple Design
- Promises results in a short time
Cons
- Too many bad reviews
- Website lies in its customer generated reviews
- Pricey for an IPL device
- Doesn’t provide the promised results
- Concerns of shady attitude in sales
Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal Price
According to the official website, the Kenzzi IPL Hair Removal Handset costs $249.00, while the Kenzzi Multi Function Handset costs $349.99
Those prices are in the range of nearly all decent IPL devices, yet our concerns remain in place despite the normal price.

Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal FAQ
Conclusion
The Kenzzi Laser Hair Removal Device is a controversial handset that has a lot of question marks surrounding it and its effectiveness.
It’s clear that their positive reviews can’t be trusted, especially the ones on their official website.
Other reviewing websites had more negative reviews than positive ones, which points towards shying away from the device.
Even Amazon markets don’t have any Kenzzi IPL devices listed on them, which raises more and more question marks.

I made my order in the first week of August. It’s November and I still haven’t received anything. When I complained, the response I got was that it had been too long for them to be able to refund me (???????) I spent over 300 euros on an item that did not arrive. Do NOT order from this company. It is definitely a scam.
